I bought the VIP Meet & Greet ticket to see the guys in Wolverhampton and I still havent even received my code to upgrade my membership! I've emailed so much about it but NO ONE has gotten back to me. Truth be told, Im pissed off that they're totally ignoring me, they could at least reply and pretend like they care.

Im not angry at the band, they've nothing to do with this at all but its really bloody annoying seeing as I bought the tickets in December 09, the gig was the 6th of April and here...nearing the start of June I've still heard nothing from anyone about this. I'm really at the end of my tether and it hurts to come on the site and see "Exclusive Content" and not be able to view it...even though I'VE PAID FOR IT!!

Phoning isnt really an option for me, Im in the UK but hey...if you want to pony up for my phonebill I'd gladly give you a call and get what you owe me!

Joined in January, still no Welcome pack.

Good band, useless fan club.

Wont' rejoin next year, I'll give the money to another charity instead!

You at least have the chance to see the exclusive stuff! I cant even upgrade to see the stuff that I totally paid for!

ETA: I just phoned them and FINALLY got my code. No apology or anything like that but I wasnt expecting anything like good customer service from a business that mucks people around really badly. But now I have this code....and nowhere to put it. Seriously...I go to "upgrade" and it asks me for my card details again. Sorry, I've already paid you my money, you are getting NO MORE! Can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction here?!

I got my deadfan code right away but it took longer than expected to receive all the goods. Got my tee shirt, deadfan stage passes, & band stickers! It was awesome to meet the band and get all the stuff for the VIP ticket price!!

Thanks Dangelo, I will try to call this number if still needed...just wondering how to listen to the music files on this website, haven't had any luck. Also I just upgraded so I can get the pre-sale tickets for the Avalanche Tour...but not sure where to go in order to do so. Any info you have to share would be appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

I purchased a membership and still haven't received my coupon code for Dallas which went on sale today at noon...nice phone number, nobody to talk to and help.

I very rarely come here - I find the site very difficult to navigate and follow. To be honest, I've only just popped in because I received and email regarding the chat - and I can't find that info either. :-(
