Recently there have been posts made regarding the supposed leak of the new Theory of a Deadman album, Gasoline.

The administrators of this message board forbid the discussion of illegal means of obtaining work by Theory of a Deadman or any other recording artists.

Regardless of wether the information is true or otherwise, ANY account found using this board to trade information on how to steal recordings will be suspended immediately.

Note to anyone who may have already tried to download the supposed pirated copies of the album: the page(s) in question require very suspicious downloads and/or Java applets to serve the content. Beware that there is no such thing as a free lunch, and question the motives of individuals who put forth substantial effort to create a site on which to 'give away' stolen items.

So I was driving around today and some Gasoline leaked from the tank as I hadn't placed the cap back on properly. So Say Goodbye to the ten dollars I just slapped in it. It was No Suprise that the gas was leaking cause my car is a simple Neon with crappy everything. Luckily Me and My Girl were driving together that day. In turn she pushed me to the closest Esso.

I didn't say a word tuna....

Haha jk man, just easing the firey tension. Sadly no stops to leaks and I feel anybody who takes them is being a backstabber to the band in which they like and are supposed to support. I'm waiting til' March, hope you guys can too.[:)]

Hey remember when we played that game like 12 years ago where we named as many NB and TOAD titles in a paragraph. That was cool. Anyway, laundry is calling. Will I ever get 200 posts!? Man I've been in the hundreds since back when Default was still a rock band for hell sakes![:D]

No worries. I can take a joke. It's just something about someone coming here, and using the board that the band pays for to advertise how to steal from the band.That makes me angry.

No worries Anne. I wasn't intending to restart the game here. Does all this mean that the trusted people who had the advances have sold out the band? Is that how all the leaks start? I'd recheck the roster of trustees now.

This is very distressing news and very depressing news, as well. For the record, let me say that TRUE FANS DO NOT STEAL the music of their IDOLS. And trust me, Theory will probably despise you even more than we do. Right now, I release music for free, but if I turned around and made an album that was supposed to be for sale, I would be so enraged with you for stealing, it wouldn't even be funny. And...theft of any kind is a felony in most states, but I'm sure you've kept yourself up to date with the laws. .....Or maybe not.

*sighs* The world's gone to Hell. :(

hey guys.. im sorry if my mention of the leak caused all this but if it's any consolation hearing the new record immediatley made me reevaluate my opinion of the band and join the board and i went out today and bought their old record.. i just can't for the new album to come out!!!

There was someone consistantly posting direct links to where you could download the album....that is what started this. There is ALWAYS a leak, so you just mentioning it doesnt cause an uproar...dont worry....glad the band gained a new fan...hoping you still buy the album when its released [;)]
